Rajeev Prasad
MD
Dr. Prasad is board-certified in nephrology with experience in complex nephrology care. Dr. Prasad completed his undergraduate degree at Northwestern University and obtained his medical education at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed his Internal Medicine training and Nephrology specialization at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He has served in leadership roles and as a medical director for several dialysis clinics and home dialysis programs.
Omid Bakhtar
DO
Dr. Bakhtar is board-certified in nephrology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He specializes in kidney care, including the treatment of acute kidney injury (AKI), chronic kidney disease (CKD), end stage renal disease (ESRD), and kidney transplantation. He earned his medical degree at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing and completed his residency at Sinai-Grace Hospital, Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center, and his fellowship at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center.
