Payment at Time of Service

Payment is required at the time of your visit, including any applicable co-payments and outstanding balances from previous visits. We accept Cash, Checks, and all major credit cards. For larger balances, payment plans may be available–please speak with our staff for more options.

Insurance Information

To better serve our patients and community, we participate in a variety of managed care plans. To ensure timely and accurate billing, patients are responsible for providing current insurance information, including a valid insurance card, at each visit. As a courtesy, we will submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf.

Understanding Your Coverage

While we are happy to assist with billing, it is important that patients understand their individual insurance plan. We encourage you to review your benefits, including deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance, as well as any network requirements, authorizations, or other restrictions that may apply to your care.
