The financial policy requires payment at the time of your visit, including co-payments and any outstanding balances. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. As a courtesy, we will handle your insurance claim for you.
To ensure timely billing, it is the patient’s responsibility to provide us with current insurance information so that services can be billed accurately. Payment plans may be available for higher balances.
To better serve our patients and community, we have enrolled in various managed care plans. While we gladly offer this service, it’s important for patients to understand their insurance plans’ guidelines. Patients should educate themselves about their plan’s authorizations, deductibles, co-payments, and other important restrictions.
