Stanley Hwang,
MD
Dr. Hwang is dual board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both internal medicine and cardiology. He has extensive experience in coronary artery disease, cardiac arrhythmias, and congestive heart failure. He earned his medical degree at the University of California, San Diego, and completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in cardiology at UCLA Medical Center.
Shannon Clasen,
NP
Shannon Nicol Clasen is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered primary care in rural and underserved communities. Raised in Santa Cruz County, she earned her undergraduate and graduate nursing degrees from Loyola University in New Orleans. Returning home to offer comprehensive care to her community is especially meaningful to her.
Ryan S. Nolan,
MD
Dr. Nolan is a board-certified general surgeon with fellowship training in advanced minimally invasive and robotic techniques. He is proficient with the DaVinci robot and other minimally invasive techniques to perform complex surgeries, including hernia repairs, colorectal surgery, upper GI procedures, and bariatric surgery. He earned his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California and completed his general surgery residency at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, N.J., along with a fellowship in advanced minimally invasive surgery at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center in Oakland.
Rajeev Prasad,

Dr. Rajeev Prasad is a board-certified physician experienced in complex nephrology care. He completed his undergraduate studies at Northwestern University and earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed his Internal Medicine residency and nephrology fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Peter N. Bretan,

Dr. Bretan is a board-certified urologist and kidney transplant surgeon. He treats a variety of conditions, including kidney, bladder, testicular, and urethral/penile cancer, BPH, erectile dysfunction, male infertility, kidney stones, and pediatric urology. Dr. Bretan earned his medical degree at the University of California, San Francisco, where he completed residencies in general surgery and urology and a fellowship in radiology. He also completed a fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation in transplantation and renovascular surgery.
Luke Bi,

Gastroenterology Dr. Luke Bi is ABIM-certified in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. He has extensive experience providing advanced Gastroenterology care. Dr. Bi completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Berkeley, and earned his medical degree from the University of California Irvine College of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Internship at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center and his residency at UCLA’s San Fernando Valley Program. He finished his Gastroenterology and Hepatology Fellowship at UC Irvine College of Medicine. Dr. Bi also serves as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo, CA.
Frank Ravago,

Dr. Ravago is a board-certified Internal Medicine and Primary Care physician with over 30 years of experience serving our community. He has gained extensive knowledge in Cardiology, Nephrology, Neurology, Rheumatology, and Endocrinology to provide comprehensive care focused on the entire person. Additionally, he is an Intensivist and can support patients with critical conditions. Dr. Ravago has held roles such as Chairman of Medicine, Physician Advisor, Board of Director, and Trustee at Watsonville Community Hospital. He earned his medical degree from Far Eastern University, Institute of Medicine.
Andrew P Knorr,

Dr. Knorr, a board-certified urologist, has been practicing in this community for over 30 years, specializing in adult and pediatric urology. He treats various conditions, including kidney stones, prostatic enlargement, prostate cancer, testicular problems such as testicular cancer, male erectile dysfunction, and all bladder issues related to voiding and inability to urinate. He earned his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine and completed residencies in surgery at Mt. Zion Hospital in San Francisco and in urology at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque.
Omid Bakhtar,

Dr. Bakhtar is dual board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine and nephrology. He specializes in kidney care, including the treatment of acute kidney injury (AKI), chronic kidney disease (CKD), end stage renal disease (ESRD), and kidney transplantation. He earned his medical degree at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing and completed his residency at Sinai- Grace Hospital, Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center, and his fellowship at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center.
